How to cast Artifact Level 102 - 5 stars:
Use 1x Lv 7 Flawy Pendant + 20x Divine Fragment to make Lv 7 Flawless.
Note: Lv 7 Flawy Pendant just drops at Misty Peaks 75 and 95.
Then, Buy Artifact recipe at Madam Yue, Kroraina [190,224].

-1x Spirit Stone (Just drops at Emperor's Arena BOSS)
-100x Nu Wa Stone
-250x Blood Stone
Step 2:

-2x Spirit Stone (Just drops at Emperor's Arena BOSS)
-100x Nu Wa God Stone
-500x Blood Stone
